Rhythm over volume
Hallways respond well to repetition, and a series of identical thin reveals at consistent spacing reads as intentional rhythm. The repeating line pulls the eye down the corridor and gives the space a clear architectural direction. Avoid mixing widths — choose one and let the repetition do the work.

Spacing and proportion
A useful starting point is reveals around half an inch wide spaced four to six feet apart, but always mock up against actual ceiling height. Taller corridors can carry larger spacing without feeling sparse. Keep reveal heights consistent floor-to-ceiling for a continuous architectural line.

Why cool white
OnyxEon uses cool white (6000–6500K), which reads as crisp and architectural in long corridors. The cooler temperature keeps veining sharp, so each reveal still presents the stone as a featured material rather than a generic light strip. Paired with low ambient light, the reveals carry the corridor on their own.
