These Terms govern your use of the OnyxEon website and any orders placed with ONYXEON INC. ("we", "us"). By using the site or purchasing OnyxEon products you agree to these Terms.

Product information

Because OnyxEon panels feature real natural stone, every panel is unique in pattern, veining and color. Imagery on this site is representative; actual product may vary.

Orders, lead times & shipping

Standard lead time: 2–3 weeks for Canada and 3–4 weeks for the United States from order confirmation. Custom and large-volume orders may require additional time and will be confirmed in writing.

Installation

Products must be installed by qualified trades following the OnyxEon installation guidelines and all applicable electrical and building codes. OnyxEon is suitable for damp and dry locations in non-insulated wall and ceiling assemblies only.

Warranty

OnyxEon offers a 5-year carefree warranty on parts and components from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Liability is expressly limited to product supply only and does not extend to installation, removal, consequential or incidental damages.

Certification

OnyxEon products are UL-certified under file E550341 for use in the United States and Canada.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the OnyxEon name, logo, photography and product designs, is the property of ONYXEON INC. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
